As a result, we find ourselves constantly rectifying non-compliance issues, i.e. treating the outcomes or symptoms, simply because the customer is often unaware of the initial "cause and effect." Often, we are dealing with customers after they have already potentially exposed themselves and other road users to risk.
We see the RoadFit campaign as an excellent tool and opportunity to raise customer awareness in the early stages of their caravanning journey. Providing the education, tools, advice and recommendations to ultimately avoid potential costly mistakes and risky or unsafe travel. We believe firmly in getting the fundamentals right at the beginning stages to give our customers the best possible chance to manage their legal, insurance and safety obligations!
